Software company serving the auto-repossession industry

  • Founded RepoReport to improve repossession order intake, grading, and decision support through data-driven software products.
  • Lead strategy, product design, customer discovery, pricing, and implementation across tools that support assignment prioritization, dispatch workflow, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Developed ReportCard and related workflow tools that help agencies and forwarders evaluate assignments in seconds using vehicle, address, and skip-tracing information.
  • Translate operational pain points into practical analytics products for field operations, intake teams, and leadership users.

  • Drove measurable organizational change through data, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives that reduced daily operating costs.
